My Garmin Fenix 7x changes the heart rate zones by itself. I have always used BPM but the watch changes to %MSTP or other. I have turned off the automatic registration (heart rate/FTP) and uses the newest sotfware 9.37. Anyone? A dedicated community for Garmin users to ask questions, provide answers, and share feedback.
STRESS TRACKING. CUSTOMER SERVICE. COMPANY. PLATFORMS. FOR BUSINESS. Stress is your body’s natural response to the challenges of life and environment. It is an elevated physiological state that prepares you to react quickly to whatever comes next.

The heart rate seemed accurate. Then I did some strength training - again pretty accurate heart rate. I finished with some incline walking on the treadmill; so I started a treadmill activity on the watch. The heart rate wouldn’t go above 120bpm even though my hr was at least in the 150bpm’s.

My fenix 6 pro first said I had a max HR at 198 when I bought it 4 weeks back. I’m 36 and I have from experience had around 190 as max. I entered my maxHR as 188 and left the auto detect ON and after a run or two it was back to 198 without notice. I checked my pulse history, and the highest measured was 184.

Firstly, I blamed my non-training period due to a cold I thought that the readings were fine but I was not going maximum from my side. Now it has been one month of training and I am convinced that the heart rate measurement are completely inaccurate during the workout. Example from today (going near to lactose threshold) WOD: 10 Rounds in 15 min
Fenix 6S wrist hear rate stopped working. Biancabianchini over 4 years ago. I bought my Fenix 6S Sapphire edition a month ago and since last week its wrist heart rate and OX stopped working. If you've noticed that your Garmin watch has started giving you some strange heart rate readings, you're not alone. Following a recent software update, several Garmin Fenix 7 owners have reported anomalous readings during the day, with their recorded heart rate appearing to suddenly jump or drop by as many as 30 beats per minute, and stay there for a few seconds before returning to normal, for
I start the excersice and only if i choose the option of broadcast heart rate it shows the heart rate to my watch, and only for 20 minutes. When i rest and try to see the heart rate from hrm dual same happens shows only for 5 sec. I pair the hrm dual with an other fenix 6 same thing happen.
I have the Fenix 7 sapphire solar and noticed lately that sometimes the heartrate drops during running. Around Minute 25 it went down to 138 and I certainly had not 138 at that point. (Happened again at minute 53. Minute 35 might be, I'm not 100% sure there.) I've been running some time with this watch now and I think I know what heart rate it
You can broadcast your heart rate data from your watch and view it on paired devices. Broadcasting heart rate data decreases battery life. TIP: You can customize the activity settings to broadcast your heart rate data automatically when you begin an activity ( Activities and App Settings ) .

Chest heart rate monitor & Lactate threshold. I'm looking to do a lactate threshold test via my Garmin fenix 6 Pro. At the moment it seems that the heart rate zones are not correctly configured so I'm under the impression that by doing a lactate threshold test the heart rate zones will be more accurate. After doing a bit of research it appears

Maybe its losing connection during the exercise, so it's just showing you the less accurate watch HR data, and grabs the chest strap data at the end of the exercise to link together when you view the workout in the app. It says the chest strap is connected. During exercise it just shows some random low heart rate. Heart rate keeps dropping out / not reading and the Pulse OX has no data at all, never recorded a reading since day 1. Assuming it's a software issue based on the 50 million other identical complaints here. vohc.
