The main earths have been checks and all checkout fine. I have also tested the main positive to the starter motor which was also fine. This lead to drop test the control wire on the starter and under cranking with the issue present I have notice there's only 9V at the control terminal of the starter.Car service for Citroen C3 Picasso. £129 - £203. If you have access to a voltmeter, a fully charged battery, engine not running you should see about 12volts. Start the engine, the alternator will be turning and should be charging the battery now, you should see the voltage rise to around 15volts. If it doesn't the alternator is dead, should be able to fix for under £100.
Check wiring at starter , battery earth and any other earths , especially from engine / gearbox to body . The problem is that the starter motor won’t come off. It turns a bit and wobbles back and forth. I just can’t seem to to get it removed. TlOP.
